why is it that wen i tried putting on eyeliner for the 1st time it wasn't in the rite placee? like it was a little more above wea it was suppose to be.. wat did i do wrong? :/

you have to go in between the eyelash line and your eye try using gel eyeliner and a brush instead of liquid ; liquid is much too messy !!
